Nothing Short of Incredible

We first heard about Amjid and RyeView Homes through some friends. They had been struggling to sell their flat for one year but then when they changed agents and used RyeView they sold within one week, for above the asking price. Based on this strong recommendation we decided to try Amjid's services, and we were not disappointed. Amjid and the staff at RyeView were nothing short of incredible from the first moment we dealt with them. Within the first week of listing with RyeView we had viewings from four parties, three of which put in offers on the flat. We accepted an offer of just slightly less than the asking price, but unfortunately that party withdrew their offer the next day. Whilst we were hugely disappointed, Amjid was not discouraged at all, and lifted our spirits with his positive outlook. We needn't have worried - over the next few days Amjid arranged another set of viewings and we soon accepted an offer for the full asking price! Our sale progressed with quite a few 'hiccups' along the road, but Amjid was always encouraging, and always had plenty of time for us whenever we needed him. He provided the same attentive and caring service to our buyer. When it comes to selling my home again I will certainly used RyeView. After such an amazing service from Amjid, I wouldn't even think of using anyone else!
