RyeView homes were superb throughout the whole process.  Having spoken to a couple of agents we found that RyeView gave us the most realistic valuation and talked us through the reasons why they came to that valuation.   With no hidden costs they explained the whole process as well as the various options to market the house.  Understanding our requirement of minimum disruption to us as well as a minimum involvement requirement we agreed on an open house. This was run wholly by the team at RyeView and resulted in multiple offers at the asking price.  What really marked the team out from others was the fact that rather than being pushed into accepting the highest offer, each one was  discussed on Its individual merits  to ensure the potential buyers matched our requirements with regards to timescales and chain. We never felt left alone as throughout the process we always had access to someone at RyeView including the management, whatever day of the week or time.  At each stage we were kept informed in clear and concise ways and any questions were answered quickly. Overall I couldn't recommend them highly enough.  In the past I have used both national and local companies and can honestly say the level of service from all at RyeView was superb.
