  • Collecting rent from tenants and paying out to you

Further fees to Landlords are listed below;

Fee To Landlord Inc VAT Description
£360.00 Fee payable if an offer from a Tenant has been accepted by the Landlord, references have been applied for and tenancy documentation has been prepared and Landlord decides to withdraw from the deal and not to proceed to completion.
£90.00 Fee payable for the preparation and drafting of the Memorandum of Renewal.
£240.00 Fee payable for preparing and executing the Tenancy Agreement and Tenant Referencing at the start of the tenancy.
£60.00 Fee payable if Landlord requests, in writing, to serve possession notice on the Tenant to require vacant possession.
£150.00 Fee payable if a dispute arises at the end of a Tenancy and the Deposit Scheme are instructed to arbitrate and RyeView Homes prepare the paperwork for the Dispute Service.
£100.00 Fee payable for arranging a Landlord’s Annual Gas Safety Certificate if organised by RyeView Homes.
£100.00 Fee payable for arranging an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) if organised by RyeView Homes.
£200.00 Fee payable for arranging an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) if organised by RyeView Homes.
